COVID-19 General Information

While we all live with Covid-19, we wish to assure you that we are open.

While demands on all healthcare services has increased, we ask that you contact us immediately if you feel unwell or have any medical concern.

Covid-19 has necessitated a few changes in the way we provide care to you and your family. These changes are in place to ensure that we continue to provide the best possible care in a safe way.

  • Consultations may initially be virtual, by telephone or video.
  • Should you need to see us for examination, this will be arranged by the consulting clinician.
  • When you are seen in the practice for examination, immunisations, antenatal and postnatal care or minor surgery, we encourage you to attend alone.
  • for those who require assistance of another, for the purposes of translation or mobility assistance, exceptions can be made.
  • When attending with a child for examination or immunisations only one adult guardian can accompany the child.
  • All staff wear PPE when in surgery and the highest standard of hygiene protocols are adopted to maximise control of Covid-19.
  • It is required that everyone entering the surgery wears a face covering and uses hand sanitizer.
